Required Documents Checklist
Interstate NOCs require stringent verification. Please prepare the following:
- Original RC Card
- Form 28 (NOC Application - 3 copies with chassis print)
- Crime Clearance Certificate from local police commissioner
- Valid Insurance Policy & Active PUC Certificate
- Buyer's Address Proof (Aadhaar, rent agreement)
Police Crime Clearance: An NOC requires a 'No Crime Report' from the local Police Traffic/Crime department ensuring the vehicle was not involved in any illicit activities. We facilitate this desk clearance.
Filing Coordination Path
01. JURISDICTION AUDIT
We verify the source state RTO and target Chhattisgarh RTO compatibility over the Vahan portal.
02. DOORSTEP COLLECTION
A field executive receives physical records from your location and obtains required chassis impressions.
03. CLEARANCE & NOC SUBMISSION
We compile the police reports, submit the physical Form 28, and process the interstate treasury fees.
04. NOC DISPATCH
The official Form 28 clearance certificate is dispatched to you for the subsequent re-registration phase.
