Required Documents Checklist
To process a fitness renewal, the following documents must be verified.
- Original Registration Certificate (RC)
- Aadhaar Card of Vehicle Owner
- Valid Insurance Policy Document
- Active PUC Certificate
Vehicle Inspection: Fitness renewals require a physical inspection of the vehicle by an RTO inspector. We will coordinate a time and slot at the Raipur RTO for you to present the vehicle.

The renewed RC smart-card with a 5-year extended validity is dispatched to your registered address.
