RC Ownership Transfer
Smooth transfer of ownership from seller to buyer in Raipur & CG (CG-04 limits). We handle the complete verification process, buyer/seller form signatures, and physical smart card transfer updates at the RTO.
Required Documents Checklist
Please keep these original documents ready for our field officer to collect.
- Original Smart Card Registration Certificate (RC)
- Form 29 & Form 30 (signed by both seller and buyer)
- Official Address Proof of buyer (Aadhaar, Voter ID, or rent agreement)
- Active Vehicle Insurance Policy & PUC Certificate
- Financing bank NOC (Form 35) if there is an active loan on the vehicle.
E-Challan Check: Pending traffic challans are the #1 cause of transfer delays. We will run a pre-audit check on your vehicle number to ensure it is clear before filing.
Filing Coordination Path
01. PAPERWORK PRE-AUDIT CHECK
We inspect scanned documents over WhatsApp to identify errors and ensure challans are cleared.
02. DOORSTEP DOCUMENT COLLECTION
A field executive receives physical records from your location and obtains required signatures.
03. PARIVAHAN SUBMISSION
We upload details into the Vahan platform, process treasury fees, and file applications at the Raipur RTO.
04. DISPATCH
Once verified, the new RC smart-card is dispatched directly to the buyer's address.
